Supply & sustainability policy

When we came up with the idea of starting Sasha’s table we wanted to create a business that would source its materials as locally as possible. What we didn’t know was whether we’d have to compromise on the end product by doing so. Our founder Angela spent months searching for natural fabrics all over Europe and Asia, ordering test samples from all over the world.  Each of these was meticulously compared with fabrics from our UK supplier. In blind testing, the UK fabric came out on top each time – allowing you to buy British in full confidence that you are getting the best product possible, with the minimum carbon footprint.

We quality check each item before it leaves our premises in Hampshire. Our packaging is plastic free and 100% made from the recycled materials. As a shipping partner we’ve chosen Royal Mail, as they have proven to be the most eco conscious delivery company in the UK, with the lowest level of carbon emissions and a range of electric delivery vehicles.
